Roasted Chips

Here are my roasted chips, cooked in rosemary and garlic. (A bit like how I cook roast potatoes.)


2x small red onions
5x huge white potatoes
1x large clove of garlic
Rosemary, black pepper and breadcrumbs. (Cooked in veg oil.)

Chop up the potatoes into chip shapes. 

Use lots of pepper and rosemary.

Cooked on 200c for about half an hour, then added breadcrumbs after flipping. 

These are perfect on their own or like tonight with pie! Yum! (Used vegan homemade breadcrumbs.)
